Hannah Collyer

Senior Qualitative Researcher

Hannah is a qualitative researcher at What Works for Children’s Social Care. Her role involves building the evidence base for how and why interventions bring about change.

She previously worked as a social researcher in the Early Years team at the Department for Education where she led on the longitudinal Study of Early Education and Development as well as designing evaluation for the early years social mobility programme and translating research evidence to inform policy and practice.Hannah holds a PhD in Psychology from King’s College London where she undertook an investigation of factors associated with engagement and outcome in Functional Family Therapy.

Hannah loves running, yoga and spending time with her two rescue cats.
