Louise Bazalgette

Evidence Lead

Louise joined the Development Team for the What Works Centre in January 2018. She has worked on developing the Centre’s approach to evidence, including the Evidence Store and outcomes framework. She is also leading the development of evidence masterclasses for Children’s Social Care professionals.

Louise has a background in promoting the use of evidence in policy and practice, having previously worked at the think tank Demos and the NSPCC. She has a strong interest in research methods and recently completed a part-time MSc in Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.

Louise likes travelling, yoga and microbreweries. She also watches rather more Peppa Pig than she would like.
