Shibeal O’Flaherty is a researcher on the Healthier Happier Professionals programme at the Centre, which involves conducting randomised controlled trials to build evidence around what works to increase the wellbeing, motivation and productivity of public sector employees across England. Shibeal is also a full-time PhD student in Public Policy at King’s College London.
She was previously programme manager for the Behavioral Insights Group at the Harvard Kennedy School. She received her MA Psychology at the University of Aberdeen in 2015.
Shibeal is a proud Hufflepuff and enjoys running in her spare time.
