Programme Director – Development Team, What Works Centre for Children’s Social Care

Greg leads the development team establishing the Centre, its initial design, strategy and priorities.

Greg is the Managing Director of Traversum and a Nesta Associate. His recent experience includes work with the board of the What Works Centre for Ageing Better to develop the Centre’s initial strategy and secure its £50m endowment from the Big Lottery Fund, and then serving as Ageing Better’s interim CEO to establish the new organisation. He has previously been a Senior Executive in Accenture, a Partner of EY, a senior civil servant in the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury, an Associate Director of the Audit Commission, and an official and elected member in local government.

This is an interim role to help with the early stages of development. We are currently seeking an Executive Director to manage the Centre’s set up until 2020. Find out more.
