Kelsey Beninger brings over 7 years’ experience undertaking mixed-methods social policy research to inform strategy, policy and programme development for clients across government and the public and third sectors. Her core expertise includes programme and policy evaluation, typically drawing on logic models and/or theories of change to develop robust evaluation approaches and frameworks. This across issues as diverse as children’s social care, further and higher education, community integration and road safety. She also brings expertise in qualitative methods, exploratory customer insight and behaviour change. Kelsey led the evaluations of the Doncaster and Slough Children’s Services Trusts, three Round 1 Children’s Social Care Innovation Fund evaluations and is a senior member of the evaluation team of the National Assessment and Accreditation System.
