The NIHR Health and Social Care Workforce Research Unit (HSCWRU) is a research partnership between King’s College London and the Institute for Fiscal Studies. It is part of the Policy Institute at King’s within the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy where the Institute is engaged in the translation of academic research at King’s to the benefit of policy and practice. In line with this HSCWRU develops research knowledge in health and social care and is committed to the dissemination of findings to policymakers, service providers, employers and service users. It also has strong links with researchers in many countries.
