Richard is a Social Worker and is currently employed by Bath and North East Somerset Council and since 2017 has undertaken Community Based Parenting Assessments. Before this, Rich worked in statutory child protection for 7 years.

In 2018 he completed a Masters in Attachment Studies from Roehampton University. In addition he has been trained in attachment interventions and procedures such as the Dyadic Development Psychotherapy (Level 1), CARE-Index, Child Attachment and Play Assessment, Adult Attachment Interview as well as Video Interactive Guidance and Marshak Interaction Method.

Rich is passionate about improving outcomes for children and their families and recognises the importance of research and evidence in facilitating that aim.
