Jen Sebright worked for Leeds City Council for 17 years initially in the Youth Offending Service gaining an Open University Degree in Youth Justice and then a Masters in Social Work in 2015. Jen then worked as a social worker and at the time of leaving Leeds was a Senior Social Worker and a level 2 Practice Educator.
Having worked within a restorative practice framework Jen has a keen interest in relationship based social work. Jen has been involved with the WWCSC in a voluntary capacity since 2018 and was then employed as the Evidence Ambassador for Leeds in 2021.
Jen enjoys spending time with her family, running and generally enjoying the outdoors.
