Aditi sits in the Research team as a Research Assistant.
She is a recent Mphil graduate of the Education, Globalisation and International Development program at the University of Cambridge. She is particularly interested in understanding how to improve outcomes for children and young people across the life course, with a focus on how current policies translate into practice. Her previous research has focused on issues such as the experiences of children with disabilities and their parents in mainstream schooling and the emerging digital divide amongst youth. She has also interned with NGOs working towards equitable education and bridging gaps.
Outside of her research interests, she enjoys reading, volunteering and travelling.
