Catarina supports the development and delivery of What Works for Children’s Social Care programmes, which aim to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Before joining WWCSC in November 2022, Catarina worked with project management in the international development sector. Catarina always strives to apply different perspectives and analyse multiple relationships involving difficult problems to make repetitive processes more efficient so that the team can focus on continuing to deliver in their projects.
Catarina completed a BA in Global Studies and a MA in International Administration and Global Governance from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. She has always been passionate about social issues and especially children’s rights and came to realise how these values have become fundamental components of her work.
In her free time, Catarina likes working out followed by some brunching and would never turn down an opportunity for a latin inspired dance night.
