Before joining WWCSC, Francesca worked for UnLtd as a Programme Manager for 2 years, supporting social entrepreneurs to make a difference.

Prior to this Francesca worked for Frontline, recruiting outstanding individuals to be social workers, and tackling social inequality as well as working in Australia managing youth and school engagement in a country wide event, Clean Up Australia Day. Francesca also spent five years working for The Prince’s Trust managing engagement programmes, partnership, and volunteer development as well as direct delivery supporting over 400 disadvantaged young people to get into education, employment, or training.

Francesca has a BA (Hons) in Adventure Education and outside of work has a keen interest in psychology, completing a counselling qualification as well as adventurous activities, cooking and painting.
