Natalia supports the development and delivery of What Works for Children’s Social Care programmes, which aim to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Natalia has a background in education, and was previously a Programme Manager at The Money Charity, supporting young people across the UK to learn key skills in money management such as budgeting, saving, using credit safely and more. During this role, Natalia developed and delivered workshops for young people in a range of different settings including: schools/colleges, Mental Health Secure Units, Youth Offending Services, Care Leaver Programmes, and more.
Prior to The Money Charity, Natalia spent 1 year volunteering with Street Child charity in Nepal and Sri Lanka, developing Life Skills Education projects for marginalised groups, and has also worked as a TEFL English Teacher in China, and as a Cover Teacher in the UK. Natalia has always been passionate about working with young people, and is delighted to be able to support those in care.
In her free time, Natalia enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring London’s restaurants!
