Nikki Luke is a Research Fellow at the Rees Centre, University of Oxford. Her work aims to identify ways for caregivers and educators to support children with a social worker. This has included analysis of national education and social care datasets to identify the factors predicting educational attainment for children in need and children in care, an evaluation of the London Fostering Achievement Programme, and a project that brings schools and carers together to identify and support well-being needs of children in care.
