Mediation NowChild Protection Mediation Pilot
Evaluating the effectiveness of Mediation in the Child Protection process – particularly whether Mediation improves short-term outcomes for children and reduces the adversarial nature of the process by encouraging a partnership between families and professionals. Child Protection Mediation has been widely adopted in other countries, such as Australia, Canada and the United States, but not yet in England and Wales.
